We offer Law PDFs and online MCQ Tests. These are digital products.
You will receive the Law PDFs on your WhatsApp and also by email if you want to. The login details for taking the MCQ Tests are sent to your WhatsApp, and you can download test PDFs once you log in with the provided credentials.
We do not sell any physical product, and hence, we do not ship anything to your physical address. As a result, we obviously do not want you to send your address on our WhatsApp.
REFUNDS
Once you make the purchase of a PDF(s) or/and MCQ Tests and we send you all that on your email and/or your WhatsApp, there will be no refund for any reason. This is mostly because PDFs and online MCQ Tests are virtual products (and not actual physical products). So, you can’t return these things and claim a refund. I mean, once PDFs are sent to you, they become yours forever. You can’t return them, and hence there is no refund for these.
Important: If you were making a purchase via our payment partner and your money has been deducted from your credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, wallet, or bank account, but the transaction failed, then please note that the money will be refunded automatically to your payment source in 5 to 7 days.
