We sell digital goods: Law PDFs and online MCQ Tests. So, no cancellations & refunds are provided.
This is because, once you buy and receive Law PDFs, there is no way to return our products back to us. You cannot return a PDF (which is a digital file) that you have already received, and which is stored on your phone and computer. So, we do not allow refunds.

Important: If you were making a purchase via our payment partner and your money has been deducted from your credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, wallet, or bank account, but the transaction failed, then please don’t worry even a bit. Your hard-earned money will be refunded automatically to your account in 5 to 7 days. If you need any help or more clarification related to your failed transaction, please feel unhesitant and welcome to message us on WhatsApp or email us. We would be very happy to help you and provide more information, including guidance on when to retry your payment. We’ll also contact the payment processor company from our side and help you get the refund faster.
For repeat buyers: We already offer a complimentary service where we send new or updated Bare Act PDFs for free to past buyers. All you need to do is send a text saying something along the lines of “Please resend the PDFs.” That said, if you buy our PDFs or Tests again, we will not be able to issue a refund. So, please do not buy again unless you are making a purchase to support our work (several people buy more than once to help us financially keep the website running; thank you a million times).
