303. Punishment for murder by life-convict.
Whoever, being under sentence of imprisonment for life, commits murder, shall be punished with death.
CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENCE
Punishment—Death—Cognizable—Non-bailable—Triable by Court of Session— Non-compoundable.
