What is the difference between UPPERCASE, lowercase and Capitalize?
UPPERCASE converts every letter to a capital letter, lowercase converts every letter to a small letter, and Capitalize turns the first letter of each word into a capital letter while the rest stay lowercase.
What is the difference between Capitalize and Title Case?
Capitalize turns the first letter of every single word into a capital letter, with no exceptions. Title Case follows standard title-casing rules instead — small connector words like a, an, the, of, in and vs stay lowercase unless they are the first or last word, e.g. "The Lord of the Rings".
What does "Keep Roman Numerals Unchanged" do?
When turned on, Roman numerals such as I, II, III, IV and V are left exactly as typed instead of being converted to the chosen case.
How do I stop certain words from being converted?
Type the words into the Exclude Words box, separated by commas, such as LLC, vs, Mr., ID or IPC. Those words keep their original casing while the rest of the text is converted.
Is there a limit on how much text I can convert?
No. There is no character or word limit, and you can convert as much text as you like, as many times as you like.
Does this tool save or store my text?
No. Nothing you type or paste is saved, logged, or stored anywhere. Once you close or refresh the page, the text is gone.
